Self-recorded voices sound unprofessional
Recorded on a phone or computer mic with background noise and inconsistent volume — customers hear a company that doesn't sound established.
IVR TTS
Generate greetings, menu prompts, and queue announcements with Text-to-Speech. Choose from 6 voice personas with accurate Thai pronunciation every time and unlimited script revisions — included with Call On Cloud's Cloud PBX at no extra cost.

Most organizations still rely on self-recorded or outdated IVR audio that can't be revised — losing credibility from the very first second.
Recorded on a phone or computer mic with background noise and inconsistent volume — customers hear a company that doesn't sound established.
Each session costs money and needs a studio booking. Changing an extension, department name, or business hours means paying to re-record the whole set.
Phone numbers, figures, dates, and English brand names come out wrong, confusing callers and pushing more calls to agents.
Long holidays, promotions, or a surge in calls need an update right away, but re-recording takes days.
IVR TTS is a Text-to-Speech announcement service for business phone systems — covering greetings, menu prompts, business-hours and holiday notices, and hold-queue announcements. It's included with Call On Cloud's Cloud PBX at no extra cost. You send the script as text, choose a voice, and our team installs the file into your system — no studio, no voice actor needed.
Type the script you need, or pick from our ready-made script library — greetings, IVR menus, after-hours notices, and queue announcements.
Pick from 6 male/female voices, adjust speaking speed and pause timing, and preview before confirming. Unlimited script revisions within your plan.
Receive files in a format your PBX supports, ready to use as IVR prompts, queue announcements, or music-on-hold. Our team helps install it if you run Cloud PBX with us.
The first question every organization asks is "what will the voice sound like?" Listen to all 6 personas here before deciding.

No extra cost — IVR TTS is included with Call On Cloud's Cloud PBX from day one, covering voice selection, file generation, and installation. Existing Cloud PBX customers can use it too; just ask our team to enable it.
No. You can revise your script an unlimited number of times for the life of the service — department names, extensions, business hours, or a monthly promotion — unlike a voice actor, who charges for every re-recording.
Everything in a business phone system: IVR greetings, menu prompts, after-hours and holiday notices, queue announcements, and hold-music messages. Supports Thai scripts with English words mixed in.
Six voice personas: three male (Boss, Mac, Ken) and three female (Ploy, May, Mind). Each has its own character — a firm, authoritative voice suits banking, a friendly one suits customer service, and a softer one suits hold messages. You can switch voices later at no extra cost.
It uses a newer Text-to-Speech model that sounds close to a real human voice, especially for the short announcements typical of IVR. We recommend listening to all six personas before deciding, and our team lets you hear your actual script before it goes live.
It is built specifically for Thai pronunciation and reads phone numbers, figures, prices, dates and times, and English words mixed into Thai the way Thai speakers actually say them, so callers understand the first time and fewer of them press through to an agent to ask again. Speaking speed and the pauses between menu options can also be adjusted so callers have time to press a key.
Scripts and generated files are stored on AWS Bangkok (ap-southeast-7); data doesn't leave Thailand. Customer scripts are never used to train models, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for procurement review, in line with PDPA.
Typically a few business days after the script is confirmed, with further edits possible before going live. For urgent cases, such as an emergency holiday notice, contact our team by phone or LINE.
