Customers may struggle to distinguish your real calls from fraudulent ones.
Teams spend more time following up when answer rates remain low.
A verified business caller identity that helps customers recognize your calls before answering.
Whoscall is a caller-checking app widely used in Thailand. Whoscall Verified Number makes your organization’s numbers show up as your company name + logo + Verified badge on the incoming-call screen, instead of a bare number nobody recognizes.
Display an approved company name, logo, and verified business information.
Help customers recognize your brand and distinguish legitimate calls.
Straight talk about display coverage: your name and logo appear primarily on devices that have the Whoscall app installed, not on every phone in Thailand. We recommend pairing Verified Number with other measures, such as calling from a consistent 02 business number and telling customers your contact channels in advance. Yes. Your company name, logo, and Verified badge appear primarily on devices that have the Whoscall app installed — not on every phone in Thailand. We therefore recommend using Verified Number alongside other measures, such as a consistent 02 business number and telling customers in advance which channels you call from.
Carrier-level caller naming depends on support at the receiving end and usually shows only a short line of text, while Whoscall Verified Number displays through an app the user installs themselves — so it can show your company name, logo, business category, and a badge backed by corporate verification. The two approaches work well together.
No. The service works at the number-identity display layer and does not affect your PBX configuration, inbound routing, IVR, or call queues. You keep your existing numbers and system, and your company name starts showing as soon as the application is approved. It works with Yeastar P-Series, Grandstream UCM, and Call On Cloud SIP Trunk.
Business verification makes the number display verified organization information. For a number with a history of many reports, we recommend contacting our team to review its status case by case before applying.
You need to show proof of ownership for every number you want verified — an invoice or contract that states the number, for example. If the number sits with another provider, share the details with our team so we can check the conditions before applying.
Documents and information submitted with an application are used only for business identity verification, with internal access controls, sharing limited to what is necessary, and handling in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
A company affidavit, a certified copy of the Phor Phor 20 (VAT registration), proof of ownership for the number, a high-resolution logo file meeting the specifications, and the ID card of the authorized signatory (with a power of attorney if someone else acts on their behalf). Our team checks that everything is complete before the application is filed.
There are two parts: an annual Whoscall fee for the number-verification right, paid every year based on how many numbers are verified, and a one-time service fee for document handling, charged at sign-up only and not again on renewal. In following years you pay only the annual fee.
