Place calls

Click to call a phone number, extension, or PBX contact directly from Microsoft Teams. Teams acts as the calling control panel, while an IP phone, Linkus Desktop Client, or Linkus Web Client handles the call in the background.

Manage contacts

Search and manage personal or company contacts, with the option to sync them with your organization's CRM and helpdesk databases.

Call logs

View a complete call history — missed, answered, and rejected calls — and call any contact back directly from the log.
